Billy Godwin
Program Coordinator of

Transitional Living Programs |
|
Billy Godwin is the
Program Coordinator for the Mental Health and
Substance Abuse Transitional Living Programs.
He came to the Shelter in 2006 after serving as a
Mecklenburg County Substance Abuse Services counselor
for many years. Billy specializes in Relapse
Prevention and Dual Diagnosis Skills
Education.

Brian Dillmann
Assessment Specialist |
|
Brian
Dillmann is a licensed clinical social worker with
over 10 years experience treating adults with a
variety of psychiatric disorders. Brian works as an
Assessment Specialist at the Shelter identifying,
diagnosing, and referring clients to appropriate
services in the community.

Andrew Miller
Admissions Counselor |
|
Andrew Miller is the
Admissions Counselor at the Uptown Shelter. He
started as a volunteer here in 1997 with the Men's
Fellowship of Temple Chapel Baptist Church, first in
the clothing closet, then in evening admissions.
Andrew then moved on to become a part-time Front
Desk Supervisor which eventually became full-time.
Andrew now serves as our Admissions Counselor and a
part-time Front Desk Supervisor.

Pam Neal
Emergency Services
Case Manager |
|
Pam Neal is an Emergency
Services Case Manager at the Uptown Shelter. She
came on here at the Shelter in January 2002 as the
Admissions Counselor. As an Emergency Case Manager,
she assesses clients' needs and links them to the
services they need to begin rebuilding their lives.

Warren Smith
Emergency Services
Case Manager |
|
Warren Smith has been an
Emergency Services Case Manager since January 2005.
This is his second promotion. He was first promoted
to Senior Front Desk Supervisor in August 2004
after serving as a Front Desk Supervisor for some
time. We're glad to have Warren's contribution
to our the Program Team.

Tamiko Greenlee
Emergency Services
Case Manager |
Tamiko Greenlee came to the Uptown Shelter as an
Emergency Services Case Manager in February 2008.
Tamiko has a BSW from Winthrop University and has
over 4 years of case management experience working
with different Nonprofit Organizations. Tamiko plans
to continue her education by obtaining an MSW and a
Master in Christian Family and Marriage Counseling.

Brian Harris
Continuing Care
Case Manager |
|
Since January 2008, Brian Harris is
our Continuing Care Case Manager. Brian came
to the Uptown Shelter in October 2006 as an Emergency Services Case Manager. Brian
moved to Charlotte from Saint Simons Island, Georgia
and is excited to be a part of our team. Brian is
newly married.
