Mental Health Transitional Living
Program
The Mental Health Transitional Living Program is available
for those residents currently involved in the Access Program
through Mecklenburg County Mental Health Department. These
clients share the semi-private quarters with the other
clients in the Transitional Living Program and the Substance
Abuse Transitional Living Program.
 The
Mental Health Transitional Living Program is coordinated by
